About This Project

During summer 2017, AVILAStudio was appointed by Andermann Engineering for the execution of a technical assessment for Claim 148&248 and FE analysis of 4 tube stations of the recently inaugurated (in summer 2019) City Ringen project in Copenhagen, in order to determine the impact of retaining walls downgrading to temporary structures. The appointment required the redesign of the tube station underground RC box under the assumption of Temporary Piles conditions and the suitability of retaining walls was assessed considering surveyed conditions, actual mechanical properties and environmental conditions.
